Good pricing is key to having players convert into paying supporters of your server. This guide is gonna show you how to get there, with some tips on setting pricing to maximise your revenue and also some tips on how to make your store more appealing to your customers. Let's get started!

First up, have you ever noticed when shopping in the real world, most places end their prices with a 9? Like if a bottle of ketchup is £1, the store is more likely to sell it for £0.99. This is because customers see it cheaper if it ends in a 9 than a zero. This is especially true with bigger priced products. £499 seems cheaper than £500 - when the difference is a mere pound, or dollar (you can take payments in multiple currencies with PlayerLands!)

Second, make sure you've giving your customers value; for example if they're buying a rank then think about the benefits that the rank would give them. Think about what you can offer your customers and supporters and show them some love! After all, they've decided to support the server financially.

Third thing to think about is price range. Getting the right price range is important - price products too high and your customers are less likely to buy. Price them too low and well... It's gonna take a lot of players before you start making some good money. The key here is to get it right, we'd recommend pricing things at the beginning at around £3-5 to start off with, then you can gradually increase prices as you see fit.

Finally, if you're selling items to your players you'll want to make sure that you give some great support to your players if anything goes topsy-turvy. Supporting your players also helps avoid chargebacks in the event that something goes wrong. So, basically, try to keep your players happy; as that's what we're here for too. Of course, if you need any help with PlayerLands itself, we're more than happy to help with any problems you may be having!
